How to care for your skin during pregnancy?

Pregnancy is a beautiful time for change in every woman’s life. If you want to add the essential oil to the entire contents of the jar, then first melt the coconut oil in a water bath (in colder weather it hardens and turns white), add a few drops – just so that the smell is pleasant and not too strong. Mix thoroughly and allow the oil to harden again. If you want to use a different essential oil every day, first melt the coconut oil in the palm of your hand and add no more than 1-2 drops of the essential oil in the palm of your hand, mix it in the palms and then apply it to the skin.
It will be most valuable to add essential oils with regenerating properties, as they will help to regenerate the skin and prevent the formation of stretch marks. The essential oils of carrot seed, lavender , mandarin , sandalwood, tangerine , patchouli, neroli, rose and geranium have regenerative properties. However, your own feelings are equally important, so choose only the scent that you feel is pleasant.
When the skin on the abdomen, chest begins to itch and it seems that there is not enough coconut oil, we recommend using natural body butter . You can also add butter to the scent of essential oils and valuable skin rejuvenating properties.

Lubricate the skin with cosmetic oils or butter as needed – once, twice or five times a day, if you feel the need.

To get rid of stretch marks that have already started to form, try this:
90 ml wheat germ oil
10 m vitamin E.
25 drops of essential oils (choose 1 or 2 of the above essential oils with regenerating properties)
