It is possible to pick up orders in person at Larua Studio – by prior arrangement on weekdays from 15:00 – 17:00.

Use of face masks is mandatory upon arrival at the office!

In November and December, order picking can take up to 48 hours. If the order needs to be completed in less than 48 hours, be sure to contact us by phone (mobile +371 22050535).

Delivery to the post office

  • Delivery is provided for orders in the territory of Riga and Latvia primarily with DPD parcel collection points! Price for delivery 2.70 + VAT!
  • It is also possible to choose delivery with other delivery methods, delivery fee starting from Eur 3.50 + VAT, the price will be calculated according to the package size and the service provider’s pricing!

Free delivery is provided only through DPD parcel points, for orders with a total value over 60.00 eur, but not heavier than 20 kg in one shipment!

Before delivery, we will definitely contact you electronically to agree on the most optimal way of delivery of the order.

All orders are completed within 24 hours. If the order needs to be completed earlier than 24 hours, be sure to contact us by phone (mobile +371 22050535). Orders, the delivery of which is outside Riga, are started to be packed only after their payment.

In November and December, order picking can take up to 48 hours.

The order is delivered within 3-5 working days from the moment of their dispatch (transfer).

Deliveries to a specific addressee using courier services are made on working days from 9.00 to 18.00.

If the courier has not been able to contact you, delivery of the order may be delayed or may not take place.

If the courier has not been able to deliver the order to you, because no one was at the address or it was not possible to call you, then the order can be picked up only in person – in Larua studio. Re-delivery will be charged upon withdrawal.

If the order is placed or paid for on a Wednesday, there is a risk that it will be shipped and / or delivered only next week!

If the order is not paid for or withdrawn within 10 working days from the moment of ordering, it will be canceled!

All order delivery pricing is informative, SIA LARUA reserves the right to change delivery pricing without prior notice.

The customer sees his discount as a price visible to him individually! The more often you shop, the bigger the discount. The maximum customer loyalty discount is 17%!

The terms described herein do not impose any obligation on the company. The company can change the discount policy without informing its customers!

Product return policy!

We understand that buying goods online is quite challenging, so there is a possibility to return these goods if you bought something that was not really needed.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to decide whether this product meets your requirements.

The product can be returned in person at our office or through a parcel terminal.

Returning the goods to the office is free of charge, the returner of the goods must pay for the parcel service!

Important! Item returned:

  1. It must be in the original packaging and must not have been used.
  2. The product you return must be weighed identically as indicated on the packaging and in your order.
  3. Essential oils, essential oils and base oils in hermetically sealed packaging must not be opened as this will damage the product and we can no longer resell it. (If you want to understand what one of the oils smells like, you can do so in our office on site).
  4. All packaging coming from the manufacturer in its original packaging must be returned in the same undamaged packaging.
  5. Candle wicks can be returned if it is returned in the same length as specified in the order. Even if the number of wicks returned is equal to the number of wicks returned, the number of wicks returned must match the number of wicks ordered.
    We do not accept candle wax balances back!

After returning the product, we will evaluate the condition of the returned product, if it meets the requirements, we will return the value of the product within 10 days.

In case the returned product does not meet the requirements, the value of the product will not be returned, but if you want, you can get the product back at our office. This product must be removed within 10 days or it will be disposed of !!!
