Cosmetic butter, its use in body creams and lip balms
Cosmetic butters are many and varied, they are widely used in the cosmetics industry due to their healing and nourishing properties. Butter is very rich in minerals, proteins, antioxidants and other valuable components. Butter has a strong healing and cosmetic effect. Butter can be combined with each other or mixed with base oils and essential oils to make a cosmetic that is just right for you.
To be able to make your own cosmetic for the face, body or hair, you need to choose a suitable butter.
In the lesson we will talk about different butters, their practical application in making body creams and lip balms at home. Let’s talk about different recipes and make a lip balm that can be used by both large and small.
Lesson plan:
- The theoretical part, in which we will get acquainted with different types of butter, we will learn their practical application. Let’s talk about base oils and their application in cosmetics. ~ 1.5 to 2h
- The practical part. ~ 1.5h
What the participant gets:
- Handouts for cosmetic butter and base oils.
- Lip balm, which you will have prepared yourself. Let’s also add essential oils to give the lip balm its charming aroma.
The lesson takes place if at least 5 participants have applied!
Online lesson!
Online classes will be organized in the ZOOM application. The principle of the lesson will remain the same. It will take place as a standard lesson with all the theoretical and practical parts of the materials provided to the participants before the lesson.
In order to fully participate in the lesson and receive all the necessary materials, the participant must register and pay for the lesson no later than the Friday of the previous week of the online lesson!
All materials will be sent to participants with DPD Pickup points!
Online lessons provide all the necessary materials for practical work remotely!
Individual lessons
All individually conducted classes take place in person in our cozy premises at Antonijas Street 9.
We will agree on the times of the lessons individually, finding the most suitable and convenient option for all of us.
The duration of the individual lesson is ~ 2 h, during which you will not only learn all the necessary information to make candles, soaps or bath balls, but will also work in practice.
The price of an individual lesson is 70 eur.
